Turkish Premier Forms New Cabinet

<N.Z. P. A. —Reuter—Cooynght.» ANKARA, Jan. 17 (Recd. 7.18pm). Semsettin Gunaltay, entrusted by President Inenunu to form a new Government, has announced his Cabinet. Necmeddin Sadak remains at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Nihar Erim, the outgoing Minister of Public Works, becomes Vice-Premier. The fifteen-man Cabinet has ten members of the outgoing Cabinet and five newcomers. The changes appear an essential step towards the more efficient handling of Turkey’s immediate financial and economic problems.
