(P.A.) Auckland. June 29 The first ship to be diverted from Auckland since the start of the trouble on the Auckland waterfront, will be the Shaw Savill freighter Waiwera. due at Auckland on July 7 from Brisbane to load refrigerated and general cargo for London The Waiwera has beer, diverted to Napier, from which port she is expected to sail on August 1. The diverison was merely a precaution, said shipping officials today. There were cargoes offering for the Waiwera at both Auckland and Napier, and although the waterfront trouble in Auckland might be settled by July 6, it has been decided to send the ship to Napier in an attempt to avert delay in loading important cargo for Britain.
