Westonhouse Radio, Ltd.. Auckland, is offering to the public at par 20,000 ordinary shares of £1 each, comprising the unissued portion of the company’s authorised capital of £28,500. The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the present issued capital of £B5OO in £1 ordinary shares. Payment is to be made in full on application. The now capital is to hp used In financing the expansion of the company's business, which is mainly the manufacture of radios and radio and electrical parts.
