Double Taxation
CANADIAN HOUSE OF COMMONS APPROVES N.Z. AGREEMENT. Ottawa, June 25. The House of Commons today passed and sent to the Senate a Bill ratifying the Canadian-New Zealand tax agreement. The Bill is designed to avoid the double imposition of income taxes and also provides that the two countries tax officials will bo permitted to exchange information to prevent fraud and avoidance or taxation responsibilities.
