London, May 9. Russian experimenters, using rad oaulive elements, raised rubber and sugar-beet yields by accelerating blossoming and ripening and increasing the carbohydrate, content, reports Moscow radio. The exper ments nre already being transferred l.rom the laboratories to the fields.
