NO VISIT OF INDIAN SERVICES HOCKEY TEAM THIS YEAR

(P.A.) Christchurch, Jan. 21. Because of transport difficulties between Australia and New Zealand, the Indian All Services hockey team, which was to have toured New Zealand, will be unable to visit the Dominion 'his year, said the secretary of the New Zealand Hockey Association, Mr. W. H. Dow n, last evening. Arrangements had been made, but the mishap to the Wanganella finally prevented any immediate consideration of the project. It was decided to wait until an exchange of letters had taken place between New Zealand and India before any steps were taken to reconsider the matter.
