(P.A.) Wellington, Jan. 24 A review of the issues in the waterfront dispute war, opened at an extraordinary conference of the New Zealand Federation of Labour to-day. The conference will continue tomorrow. The Prime Minister (Mr. Fraser), the Minister of Labour (Mr. McLagan, and the Minister of Finance (Mr. Nash) were visitors to the conference. The secretary (Mr. K. McL. Baxter) said later that at this stage there was no resolution to report.
