A bud the Gardener gave us, A pure and lovely child; He gave it to our keeping to cherish undefiled; But just as it was opening to the Glory of the day, Down came the Heavenly Gardener And took our Moana away. —Ever remembered by her bereaved sister, brother-in-law, and niece. Sue, Mat and Pamela Ru Kuwai. Kai Iwt. GLENN—On January 22, 1943, at the Auckland Hospital, Areta Charlotte, dearly beloved second daughter of Margaret Elizabeth. And the late Samuel Glenn, who passed away suddenly. December 13, 1939, at Pitt Street, Wanganui. Oh, Arcta, I still feel you near me, In fancy I often see Your winsome smile, your gesture dear. As your sweet voice calls to me. “So into His hand went mine, And into my life came He. And I Walked with a joy divine, The path I had feared to see.’’
