N. B. HOLLAND.— Riding two winners at Stratford on Saturday, N. B. Holland retained his lead ’in the jockey’s premiership for the season. Holland was on Ganjah and Gene’ll Pay, and made his total 54. W. J. Broughton rode two winners at Awapuni. Penicillin and Newel Post (dead-heat) to make his total 51, and G. Hughes rode the last winner at Ellerslie to reach his half-century.
