INTERIM COMMITTEE SUPERSEDED. Formation of the Wanganui Rugby Football League was undertaken at. a meeting this week, when rhe interim committee was superseded with the appointment of the senior officers, and action taken for the institution of a board of coni 01. Election of Officers. The following were the officers elected: Patron, Mr. E. W. Merewether; president. Mr. E. Guilery; secretary. Mr. M. Anderson. The board of control will be formed of two delegates from each of the affiliated clubs, and the meeting given information that, the formation of a referees’ association was in view and that the association would also have representation on (bn board.
