IyOTICE is hereby given in terms A of Section 51 of 'The Rating Act, 1925," and Sections 65 and 68 of “The Rabbit Nuisance Act. 1928," that the Wanganui Rabbit Board will, at a meeting of the said Board to bo held on Friday, the 9th day of August, 1946. at 3 p.m., make and levy a rale of Three-eighths of one penny (3/8d) per head on all Sheep, and One Penny and seven-eighths of one penny (Ijd) per head on all catle (the minimum rate to be Ten Shillings) as shown f.i the Stock-owners’ list of th- Wanganui Rabbit District, a district -oistituted in terms of Part 2 of “The Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928” Such rate is to be for the period commencing on the First day of April, 1946. and ending on the 31st day of March, 1947. and to be payable in one instalment on Monday, the 12th day of August. 1946. to the Collector at the office of the Boar;’, No. 7 Campbell Place.
