! The sequel Io a collsion between ■ two motor lorries at Cast led iff on ; May 22 was heard by Mr. J. H. Salomon, S.M., in the Wanganui Magistrate’s Court on Friday, when a de- ! fended action was heard in which I John Henry Eeherent (Mr. J. S. D Tizard), farm hand, of vVangaehu, 'was charged with driving without due care and attention. The magistrate found Beherent guilty, but in imposing a fine of £3, with costs, commented that he appeared to be the only sufferer, receiving injuries necessitatI ing admittance to hospital, while his ; vehicle was badly damaged.
