POSTPONED TILL TO-DAY (P.A.) Wellington, Jan. 23. Because of the heavy rain this morning the final day of the yearling sales has been postponed. The lots catalogued for the third day will be offered to-morrow. KOATANUI DRAFT AVERAGES 584 GUINEAS SALES ON EARLIER DAYS The nine lots submitted by Mr. G. M.
