MAGISTRATE THREATENS . IMPRISONMENT “I want you and your type to understand what is going to haonen if this sort of thing occurs again,” said Mr. J. H. Before the actual assault took place, accused had approached Davies in the Glasgow Street Hall during a dance on the night of May 6. and after passing certain remarks had suggested a fight, said Senior-Sergeant F.
