Wellington, April 21 The directors of the Bank of New Zealand have announced a final dividend, at 4 per cent, on ordinary shares, for the last half-year, making a total distribution for the year of 7 per cent. A half-yearly dividend on “D” longterm mortgage shares is also payable, at a rate of per cent., less Social and National Security tax. Both the dividends are payable in New Zealand currency.
