READY FOR WESTERN IDEAS Reed. 6 p.m. New York, Feb. 10 China will embark upon a concentrated industrialisation drive after the war. said Dr. T. F. Tsiang, chief political secretary to Marshal Chiang Kaishek, in a speech at the China America Commerce dinner. The Chinese Government, he said, had recently decided to welcome foreign capital and remove the old restrictions upon business. Although during the last century blind prejudice against Wes', rn things and political instability had prevented industrial development, th? Chinese people were now ready to accept technology.
