GANDHI’S DEPUTY
HUNTED BY THE POLICE (Reed. 10 p.m.) Bombay, Sept. 28. The police are still hunting; for the Hindu barrister Trikandas, leader of the underground Congress movement. Trikandas’ name appears in the Congress Bulletin, which is secretly circulated. Two hundred of the most Important Congress leaders have been interned, therefore Trikandas is virtually Gandhi's deputy.
