BULLS AND DISTRICT EXCEED QUOTA (0.C.) Bulls, Sept. 29, At a meeting of the Bulls and District Patriotic Purposes Committee, the secretary reported that their quota of £lOOO had been exceeded by almost £2OO, the total contributions being £1194 16s 3d. Further amounts collected are acknowledged: Mrs. E. M. Langdon, £2 2s; F. A. filing, £2 2s; W. Kearney, £2 2s; Mrs. E. G. Duncum, 17s 6d; Mrs. F. A. Richards. £1 Is; James Bull. £3 3s; Bulls Bowling Club Dance, £26 8s 8d; Hockey and Basketball dances, £37 13s sd; N. B. Allan, £2 2s 6d; E. W. Smart, £2 2s; Mrs. P. M. Carver, £2O; O. C. L. Tong, £2; T. Thomas, 10s; Shop Day, £359 4s 2d.—Final total, £1194 16s 3d.
