Y.W.C.A. APPEAL

ANNUAL DRIVE FOR FUNDS The annual appeal for funds to carry on its work among girls and young women of Wanganui will be conducted by the Y.W.C.A. to-day. “Blue Triangle” Day is held annually, and on its success depends largely the maintaining and extension of the work. Besides a street collection in the Avenue to-day a shop will be run by members of the Y.W.C.A. women’s committee in a vacant shop on th? corner oi Victoria Avenue and Maria Place.
