MAJESTIC THEATRE
“Ships With Wings,” screening finally at the Majestic Theatre to-day, is a thoroughly exciting piece, full of spies, raids, crashes, air battles, minefields, and bursting dams. It has some roaring, spectacular stuff, a scrap or two of love interest, a bit of bulldog breed, and John .. Clements, in his popular part of the gallant young gentleman wrongly accused of being not quite gallant, or not quite a gentleman. “History is Matte at Night.” "History Is Made At Night,” commencing to-morrow at the Majestic Theatre, has everything that makes for stirring drama and first-class entertainment. It deals with the feelings of the three main characters and portrays their emotional reactions in many tense situations in which thej' are placed. The featured players are Jean Arthur, Charles Boyer and Colin Clive. The audience is held in suspense to the end and its attention held by intriguing developments which follow each other in quick succession. It is on the whole a sophisticated drama, but at the same time possesses a strong appeal in the reality of situation, in the sound acting and the good story.
