REQUEST TO PATIENTS

PROVISION OE OWN DRESSING GOWNS AND PYJAMAS On the recommendation of the matron. Miss M. J. Hunter, the Wanganui Hospital Board has decided that in future patients entering the Wanganui Hospital should bring their own dressing gowns, slippers, and pyjama suits. It was stated at the meeting that this should be done where possible, though it was appreciated that in some cases people would not be in the position to comply with the request. The managing-secretary, Mr. L. V. Kerby, said difficulty was being experienced in providing the articles mentioned. The matron, he added, considered that there was no reason why most people should not bring their own.
