Private j j Colin Valpie Jury was further < charged with having offered violence 1 to a person in whose custody he was placed and attacking and threaten- 1 ing a private with a bayonet. Rus- < sell Vincent Gibson was further r charged with using violence to a su- 1 perior officer in that he struck with his list and open hand on the face, and with a bayonet the body of a lance-corporal who was at the time in command of an escort taking accused to a tent. Both admitted their absence, plead- j ing not guilty to the other charges, j The findings of the Court will be | promulgated.
