Present capital is 75,000 ordinary shares and 129,950 preference shares of £1 each. In 1939 ordinary shareholders received a dividend of 150 per cent. Sales for the past year yielded £1 .'>63.551. compared with the record total of £1.155,h25 in 1940. Taxes and duty absorbed £580,802.
