WARNING IN JAPANESE ARMY NEWSPAPER Received Aug. 14, 9.35 p.m. SHANGHAI, Aug. 13. The Japanese Army publication, Shinshunpao, in an editorial, warned the foreign defence commanders that the Japanese Army would categorically take over the British sectors regardless of Mr. Peck’s proposal.
