The Meat Board are to be asked to endeavour to arrange the judging accordingly, but if this is not practical then a demonstration by the chief grader of cuts from the show lambs. It was felt that by this method farmers would get all the benefit possible and would quickly find by this method the type of lamb to breed most suitable for the British market. The lamb competition is to be held about November 29, and the killing, a field day at the works, on the following day.

The dance committee then met to make final arrangements for the annual dance, and they are to meet at the hall on the Thursday evening prior to the dance to attend to the floor, etc.
