YARN PRICES FOR EXPORT EASIER BRADFORD, Aug. 12. While all machinery engaged on Government business is kept running, the firms concentrating on civilians' orders have closed down for the annual holidays. A further allocation of Government orders is expected in the near future. Yarn prices, especially for the export trade, are easier. r
