MID-PACIFIC DRAMA RESCUE EFFECTED BY AMERIC AN TANKER TOKIO, July 18. An American oil tanker rescued everyone aboard the Bokuyo Maru. which is on fire in mid-Pacific with a cargo of nitrate. One of the crew was killed and one injured by fire. The Bokuyo Maru. en route from Los Angeles to Yokohama, carried 111) . passengers and a crew of 104. In response to an S.O.S. the San Pedro Maru, Florida Maru, Nippon ■ Maru, and Azuma Maru proceeded to the scene al full speed.
