Mr. Spurdie, who was travelling to Castleclil’f to view the stranded liner, Port Bowen, was accompanied by his wife, who received minor cuts and bruises. Other occupants of the vehicle escaped without injury. The hospital reported last night that Mr. Spurdie was fairly comfortable.
