FRANCO’S PARADE
AMBASSADOR TO ATTEND DISSENTERS IN COMMONS. Received May 16, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, May 15. The Under-Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Mr. R. A. Butler, announced in the House of Commons that the British Ambassador had accepted an invitation to attend General Franco’s victory parade. Liberal and Labour members heatedly voiced their dissent.
