YESTERDAY’S SITTING EXEMPTIONS FROM AWARDS APPLIED FOR Sixteen parties, affected by six dii ferent awards, were interested in brief sitting of the Industrial Coui lat Wanganui yesterday. Wanganui River Trust (Mr. Wi ]iam Brown, secretary): Applicatio for exemption from the Local Bodies Labourers’ award. —Granted. , F. J. H. Nancarrow, -Ltd., an a[ plcation for exemption from th Brewery and Malthouse Worker award.—Granted. New Zealand Express Company Application for exemption from th Storemen and Packers’ award.Granted. R. J. Drummond, Ltd.: Applica tion for exemption from the Store men’s and Packers’ award. —Refusec Applications for exemption iron the Dominion Warehousemen’s awan were made by Levin and Co., Cod and Co., G. S. Simpson and Co., F. J H. Nancarrow and Co., and Russel Bros.’, Ltd. Nancarrow and Russel Bros, were exempted. The applica lions of the others were refused. Mi J.
