MISS MARGARET BONFIELD [ British Official Wireless.] RUGBY, March 19. Miss Margaret Bonfield, former Minister of Labour, has retired from I he post of chief woman officer for the national union of general municipal workers after 42 years as union organiser, in order to devote greater time to political work. She is leaving next month on a lecturing tour of the United States.
