" HIS MASTER'S VOICE ” PREMISES WATCH-MAN BURNT TO DEATH. £30,000 WORTH OF STOCK LOST. Received Dec. 28, 8.40 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 28. A watchman was burnt to death, and £30,000 worth of stock, including 80,000 records and gramophones, radios and television sets, were destroyed by a fire which gutted the premises of “His Master’s Voice” Company, Oxford Street.
