LLEWELLYN AT CAPETOWN
CAPETOWN, May 28. Flying-Officer D. Llewellyn arrived at Capetown on the conclusion of his flight from England. He hopes to leave on the return trip at dawn on Saturday and is confident of breaking the Cape to London record. RETURN TO CAPETOWN Received May 30, 7.5 p.m. CAPETOWN, May 29. Llewellyn was forced to return to Capetown owing to compass trouble after starting at 5.23 a.m. local time, on the attempt at a Cape-London record.
