PARAMOUNT PREPARATIONS

Mr. Ross Meiklc, who has had premier honours in the annual Paramount Week publicity campaign to his credit, will again be in the running this year for the week from August 29 to September 5. As an opening to the campaign he entertained members of the Officers’ Club to a private screening on Wednesday night when the British Paramount News was screened, in addition to a “March of Time” series in which were scenes of pillaged Addis Ababa, of Japanese unrest, of Russian progress and of the British ship-building revival.
