COOK ISLANDS NEEDS
DELEGATIONS ARRIVE QUESTIONS FOR GOVERNMENT. [ Per Press Association I WELLINGTON, Alay 26. Delegations arrived from the Cook Islands Lo-day by the Maunganui to represent the views of traders with regard to marketing methods and bringing with them evidence that had been formulated by various interests in the islands. The party of eleven consists of representatives of the European and native fruitgrowers and marketing concerns. One delegation represents a petition for a Fruit Control Board, and the other desires guaranteed minimum prices for oranges, bananas and tomatoes. Makea Tiuirau Ariki, paramount chief of Rarotonga, is a member of the party. Judge 11. F. Ayson, resident commissioner at Rarotonga, and Mr. W. Goodwin, Director of Agriculture, also arrived to ropresvnt the Cook Islands Administration.
