RUMOURED INCREASE DEMAND [Per Press Association. ) WELLINGTON, May 22. No additional appointments to the Labour Ministry will bo made for some time, said Mr Savage to-nigbt. The rumour that the personnel of Cabinet would be increased bv the appointment of Messrs Lee and Carr new Ministers was denied emphatically by Mr Savage. A further suggestion that Mr Eraser might take the portfolio of Finance was. he stated, “Mischievous as well as untrue.” He had discussed increasing Cabinet strength in general terms and with the pressure of work an increase was inevitable, but additional appointments were for the Government as a whole to decide. Pressure, however, had prevented a discussion by Cabinet and it had not even been before P.
