ELECTRICIANS UNITE
ASSOCIATION FORMED QUESTION OF CONSTITUTION At :i large gathering of electricians recently it was unanimously decided to form a branch, of the Electricians’ Association in Wanganui. It was pointed out that the purpose of the association would be to safeguard the interests of licensed electricians and their apprentices and to assist them in keeping in step with the advancement of the industrv. The following officers were elected: President, Air. G. J. Billinghurst; vicepresidents, Messrs. W. B. Alexander, S. G. Whittali and C. Blakeley secretary and treasurer. Mr. S. Cowley; auditor, Mr. C. H. Barnes. Messrs. B. G. Lampitt and H. Ford were appointed to seats on the executive. It was decided that the executive should table a report with regard to the constitution of the association at a further meeting to be held on Tuesday, .May It'.
