PRINCES AND THE BILL Received March 19, 11.55 p.m. LONDON, March 19. Sir Samuel Hoare, introducing a White Paper setting out the Indian Princes’ criticisms of the India Bill, said he was confident that the forthcoming discussions between the Princes’ representatives and Parliamentary draftsmen could solve points to the satisfaction--of both the Princes and the British Parliament.
