COMPLETE UNION DESIRED SETTLERS ’ CONFERENCE CAPETOWN, March JB. British, settlers in Kenya and Tanganyika at an unofficial conference at Nairobi agreed to the principle of complete union, and hoped that Uganda would also join. The delegates felt that the multiplication of Government machinery overburdened the territories, lhe Imperial Government was requested to appoint statesmen to initiate negotiations on the spot.
