CONFERENCE DECISIONS [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, Jan. 26. The Poultrymen’s Conference de aided that the executive should confer with the Poultry Board in preparing regulations for the sale of eggs under the Poultry Aet, 1924 It was also resolved that the feasibility of selling eggs by weight instead of the dozen be given the fullest possible consideration. It was also decided to bring the matter of penalties for thefts of poultry under tho notice of the Minister of Justice, the penalties being considered inadequate. Officers elected wore as follow: President, Mr. A. J. Maclaine; vicepresident, Mr. W. Turner; secretary and treasurer, Mr. J. N. McLean; executive committee, Messrs. A. J. Maclaine, J. C. Nesfield (Auckland), W Turner (Canterbury and Westland), C McLatchie (Otago and Southland) leputations committee, Messrs. Mae laine, A. G. Mumby, A. E. Salisbury nnd secretary; auditor, Mr. F. E Feist.
