BREAKING AND ENTERING
YOUNG MAN CHARGED. REMANDED TO WANGANUI. [ Per Press Association. ] GISBORNE, Jan. 26. In connection with the alleged breaking and entering of the Plaza Theatre at Wanganui on December 27 t detectives at Tarewa arrested Charles Stuart. Binnie. aged 20, who was brought before Mr. Walton. S.M., in the Police Court this morning. Accused was charged with breaking and entering the theatre with intent to commit a crime therein, and was remanded to appear at Wanganui on January 31.
