JV'OTICE is hereby given that the following is a copy of the WARRANT published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 82 Page 320; regarding the classification of roads in the Waitotara County:— ■CLASSIFICATION OF ROADS IN THE WAITOTARA COUNTY. In pursuance and exercise of the powers \.‘onfcrred on me by ths Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor Vehicles Regulations, 1932, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby declare that the roads described in the Schedule hereto, and situated in the Waitotara County, shall belong to the respective classes of road shown in the said schedule. I SCHEDULE. WAITOTARA COUNTY. Roads classified in Class Three: Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle) which with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 6| tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which, with tho load it is carrying, weighs not more than 10 tons: — Main Highways. Auckland-Wellington, via Taranaki Main Highway No. 1. (All that portion within the Waitotara County). Rangitatau-East and Watershed Main Highway No. 47. Rapanui Alain Highway No. 364. Springvale-Francis Main Highway No. 365. Heads-Mosstown Main Highway No. 430. County Roads. Blueskin, Brunswick, Fitzherbert Avenue, Fox, Grange. Kaikokopu, Western Line. Roads classified in Class Four: Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle) which with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 4} tons, or any multi-axled motor-vehicle which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than tons: — Alain Highway. Waitotara Valley Alain Highway No. 475. County Roads. Campbell, Livingstone, Alissiou, Se well, Symes, Tokomaru West, Wanganui Riverbank, Watt. Roads Classified in Class Five: Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multiaxled heavy motor-vehicle) which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 3 tons, or any multiaxled motor-vehicle which, with the t load it is carrying, weighs not more (than 44 tons: — County Roads. Kauarapaoa Road (that portion between tho Whakangaromanga Stream, in Section 1, Block J, Waipakura Survey District, and the Kauarapaoa Stream, situated in Section 2, Block 11., Waipakura Survey District) Lily bank Road, Tokomaru East Road.
