SOME COMMAND CHANGES [ British Official Wireless.] Received Aug. 30, 6.5 p.m. RUGBY, Aug. 29. The Air Ministry announces that the Air Vice-Marshall, Ludlow-Hewitt, will bo director of operations and intelligence at the Air Ministry, and deputy chief of the air staff, vice Air Vice Marshall Burnett, who is to be air officer commanding the Iraq Command in succession to Air Vice-Marshall Ludlow-Hewitt. Air Commodore Breeze is appointed senior air staff officer in the fighting area.
