The hurdlers Praeter, Paul T and Kinross fell in the hurdle’ race. Kinross rather seriously cut his legs and chest. Carter, rider of Praeter, suffered from severe head injuries. Funnel fell and boko a leg in the Paco Welter and had to be destroyed.
