OUTBREAK ON FRONTIER LOYALISTS CLAIM VICTORY STATE OF WAR DECLARED [By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright.] Received Dec. 14. 5.5 p.m. MADRID, Dec. 12. The leaders of the movement will be tried to-morrow. While the Government insists that the Jaca rebellion is isolated, reports from other sources state that the rebels have reached Ayerbe and are pro ceeding in the direction of Huesca. Troops from Saragossa going to Jaca were held up at Ayerbe, where the railwav was cut. General Berenguer, following a meeting of Cabinet which lasted two and t half hours, belittled the outbreak at Jaca. He said that no sooner had they stopped a little hole in one place than another comes into evidence. He attached no importance to it and was sure that all would end in smoke. The Minister of the Interior said the Government, in order to avoid a misunderstanding, had ordered a censorship as regards news of the revolt, and also to labour disputes of a subversive character.
