JELLIUOE CLUB GARDENING CIRCLE
The members of the gardening circle of the Lady Jellicoe Club were the guests of Mrs D. Blytlr at her home “Harakeke,” No. 1 Line, yesterday afternoon. The weather was all that, could be desired and the members spent an enjoyable afternoon viewing the beautiful gardens. The rock garden, water lily ponds and the beautiful beds of flowers were a joy to behold. Afternoon tea was served in the drawing room, which was decorated with bowls of golden flowers. Among those present were, in addition to the hostess, Mesdames H. Bayly, Tosswill, Jrekson, Horne, K. Cave, G. Wall, Mullins, Graham, Cameron, A. G. Cross, Benjamin, Ivo Symes, Barton senr., Wood, Barron, Gibson, Hasz.ard, W. Peat, BullockDouglas, L. E. Duigan, Raine, Roberts, Smith, C. Hammond, Neuman, Coles, R. Lilburn, McLeod senr., Gregor McLeod, Misses M. Bly th, Avery, Woon, N. Murray, Jackson and V Hammond.
