NEW OIL WAR
AN ORDER FROM RUSSIA. BIG CUT IN PRICE. LONDON, Nov. 13. The Daily Express says that the British Electrical Federaticn, which controls the huge transport coinpanics in England, has placed a tender for 20,000.000 gallons of petrol with Russian Oil Products, owing to the cut prices. The value is in the neighbourhood of £BOO,OOO.
The Express describes this as the be ginning of a new oil war.
