Time was when everyone knew Pearl White—“ Pearl the fearless and the peerless,” heroine of thrilling serials that kept early picture lovers in great suspense as to her ultimate fate. Now she is but a memory, and the. younger generations of movie fans know her not at aIU Marguerite Clark, Rosemary Theby, Theda Bara—the original vamp— Clara Kimball Young, Mary Fuller, Mary MacLaren, Grace Cunard. Do you remember them? Newcomers have taken their places on the screen, but still in the hearts ot loyal picture-goers, who have been film fans from the early days of pictures. those old time favourites will always have their place.
