TWO VICTIMS CLAIMED. CROWD LYNCH KILLER. Received Dec. 3, 10 p.m. PARIS, Dec. 3. An Italian, previously confined to a lunatic asylum, ran amok at Saint Louis Durhone. He rushed to the police station, shot a policeman dead, and returning to the street killed a sergeant of the Foreign Legion and wounded seven others. A Republican guard pursued the lunatic in a car and fired, wounding him, but before he could make an arrest a crowd seized and lynched the madman.
