WEATHER FORECAST
General situation. —The anti-cyclone referred to yesterday has increased in intensity and still cover g the Dominion. A rather deep depression is located in the south-west Tasman Sea, Forecast —Winds: Moderate south-westerlies, but a chang e to west and north-west setting in shortly from the south. Seas (New Zealand waters): Rather rough on parts of the west coast, but decreasing and in other parts smooth or moderate. Weather: Mainly fair to fine but conditions again becoming unsettled in far southern districts and gradually extending to western districts generally.
